Stratford International

This piece was inspired by the Olympics and International travel, the main components were acquired from a work site situated next to Stratford railway station.

With similarities taken from M C Eshers 1935 “Self-Portrait in Spherical Mirror” and Mark di Suvero love of using motion to bring art to life and location of design Stratford International which shows oscillation of global travel. The base is crafted from recycled railway components which depicts stability and holds a firm stance against political dystopian authority.
